This honey was collected by beekeepers from the agricultural farm Tūmeņi on 04 August 2025, in the vicinity of Priekuļi, Saunas parish, Preiļi municipality, Latvia.

    We do not use industrial filters because honey contains pollen, wax particles, propolis, and enzymes that give it its healthful properties. When filtered, these substances are removed, and honey loses some of its vitamins, minerals, and biologically active substances.

    Before the honey is packaged in jars, it is sent for analysis to a laboratory in Germany - QSI GmbH. Honey is analyzed there for measurements such as pesticides, antibiotics, etc. It is important for us to know that the honey we package is truly pure and of high quality.

    Honey bees collect honey during the summer period, when most of the meadows in Latvia are in bloom. In our honey you will find honey from all the flowers in the meadow.
